So, I think the first big choice is what you do with Jimmy. If you assault him there are different things that happen, there are really only two choices there that affect pathing, assaulting him or trying to negotiate, staying silent, blowjob, or cleaning all end up going the same way.
The next one that matters is calling out Hope, if you show her you won't take ♥♥♥♥, and are a nice person, she will recruit you to take down the Dean.
Then you can Bend Over or Crouch. Those three choices are the base by which the rest of the game plays out.
If you Bend Over you get a job at the university, if you negotiated with Jimmy you are still on that path, and even if you assaulted him there is a check. So, Bending over gets you a few different endings, but you have to take Jimmy out to get them a few of them.
Bending over and taking Jimmy out gets you possibly, marriage to the Dean, becoming the Dean (this choice is clear), the Dean getting arrested (if you didn't help Hope), and if you don't deal with Jimmy he sends you photo all over the damned place, and you get fired, but ultimately it ends up in the same place, with Mark finding out, you can patch things up with him and get married if you call him instead of other people.
I have not found a way to only end up with Laurie, you have to go talk to Tom at the Bar to get the Tom and Laurie ending, I've not seen a Laurie only.
Then there are two endings because he wants to go confront Jimmy, which is dumb ultimately, Mark is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wimp, elitist, judgemental jackass who is a bit misguided regarding his girlfriend. Jimmy will obviously eat him alive, but let Mark go for one ending. Make him stay for another ending.
So, the endings I have managed to get from Bending Over are, life with Mark, Death with Mark, Life with Tom and Laurie, dissolution of marriage if you go Paul's route and then Jennifer acts uncharacteristically and gets kicked out of the building completely, but ends up okay. That requires you going out with Ian and getting out of the car when you see Mark with Kelly, then cleaning up the puke, then following the Paul path, there doesn't seem to be a good ending with Paul.
You can take down Jimmy yourself, or you can become his sex slave/wife, the pathing on this is clear, but it requires negotiating.
I think I have found all the Bending Over Endings. I am trying to work through all the Crouch endings. Like I said, I have only gotten to 10. Just skip everything between choices after you first couple of playthroughs, it goes really fast then.
Crouching gets you a different set of paths, you end up working at Dimitries, Dimitri sells the business if you get drunk at work, if you don't he ♥♥♥♥♥ Laurie, who is stealing there, and you go back to see them, then you get a chance to console him later and he leaves you the business then, and you can marry Mark, have 3 different guys come in you, Dimitri probably winning, but you don't get to see if you have a huge baby or not lol
In any case, it really all starts with what you do with Jimmy, assaulting him or negotiating, either way you can take him down, but the option to become his sex slave only really works if you negotiate. Bending over or Crouching is the nest one. Then it's who you spend time with after that. Just start skipping, I have to make a chart or something because I am stuck at 10.

I read you were looking for a path to just be with Laurie, I have found that one.
Now I am going to help you, just for you helped me so much with all the other paths.
The way to go there (just Jennifer and Laurie) is NOT to talk to Tom at the bar when he is sad and down at the bar counter. You shall choose “to continue dancing” with Laurie on the dance floor.
The game will then continue on the Jennifer-Laurie path, which is a nice hot way to go, but that's my personal opinion.

The other 3 are drawing a blank atm but I'm at 12/13.
Becoming dean (Hope's ending)
Marrying Mark (But cheating with James)
Ending up alone but keeping the apartment (Paul's ending)
however, there's this scene where she has sex with 3 guys at the beach. Not sure who's ending is that.
Seriously, I do hope someone makes a guide about how to find all the different endings and scenes.
Although I guess it is just a matter of saving a lot particularly where there are choices?
