Report a translation problem
So the likely reason the Switch version has been renamed, is because Osaka Quester was released on PC earlier this year, and they wanted to make sure people weren't confused. (Because the first version was based around the Tokyo metro system.)
They likely just haven't wasted their time updating all the PC branding because they were focusing on the switch release. That or they figure PC players are smart enough to search for 'quester' if they search for 'metro quester' and find nothing. :)
