Treasure Map 3?

So, Uncles third treasure map shows a mine entrance with a lantern and an upside down mining car with a red X next to it. The only mining entrance I can find that looks like that is off to the NE of Rattlers Canyon. The problem is I destroyed the mine car ages ago for resources while exploring and now there is no mine car there for me to know where to dig.

I've tried digging around all over the area where the mine car was but nothing happens. Do I need to restart the whole game now? And if so what stupid f**k thought it would be a good idea to make a treasure map icon something you can easily destroy?!
