How to start Talonians task quest
I just about finished the game and can go home. I have 7 talonian items but never found any talonians task quest. How do I start this quest? Where is this elusive talonian hiding?

I just finished the game and had to read through all this to piece together what the Talonian steps are asking for.

You should be able to ask him questions and then have some tasks added to the mission log about stuff he wants to have.

My problem is I have never found him to speak with at all. so Step 0 find the fellow is not in that list.
