Mission Stuck at "The Starlance"

I am stuck at "the star lance". The mission description, does not say how to progress.

I explored almost all stars and all planets in the main are, belt, traders, etc.

This quest is just dead end and blocks progression. The quest description does not help with progression either.

The "in progress" is blue and not orange.

Is this before or after activating the Starlance? If after, just return to base. The base commander should give a hint, IIRC.

If before, then you probably haven't explore enough.

Definitely keep exploring, yeah. Paths will open up, 'stuck' quests should continue.

The Starlance mission stays active for a while before it becomes the focus. If you have no obvious course of action in your mission log, then look at the "Stuck" thread. There are a few common spots where players either missed something, or didn't do something expected.
