Explorer/Cruiser Hull Research Not Working?
I just grabbed the Cruiser Hull Research that allows construction of ships with 75 base max hull, but I'm still at 40. I noticed a similar issue when I grabbed Explorer Research but was still at 30 until I grabbed the +10 hull size increase.
