Error: Screen position out of view frustum HELP

I've tried deleting all the save files I could find, turning off Steam Cloud, uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting saves while game is running, deleting files in Steam's userdata folder with the profiles, repeating these steps. Once I get in game, starting a new one, the only thing that renders is the hud, can't move/shoot. I can hear UI audio and pause the game/exit the game etc. and this error constantly spams the console. At the point where I need someone experienced to maybe give me a command or??? Not sure. Let me know what ya got.

Edit: I have also tried restarting PC and Steam, currently googling possible causes

Sorry about that! I've not heard of this issue before. So you can launch the game, but once you start a new game and the opening animation finishes, you see this error?

After this happens, can you exit the game and email me the player.log at [e-mail]?

Also any specs about your machine (OS, CPU and GPU, anything unusual)
