Constant crashing when quicksaving

I played about 30 hours with hardly any crashes, but now I'm about 35 hours in, and it's crashing multiple times each hour. Mostly when I quicksave, but it's happened with other interactions too. I tried deleting all my old autosaves, and most of my old manual saves, but it hasn't helped. Any fix for this?

Are you saving to an SSD or HD?

Can you send me a Player.log after a crash to [e-mail]? Player logs are usually in:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\Wx3 Labs, LLC\Starcom Unknown Space
