Stuck with Codex Shape, The Last Talonian, The End Zone. Bug or I missed something?

Okay, so I finished the game, did all achievments, and deal with some "stuck but rly not" missions. Three left still.

1) Codex Shape
Status: (Arrow) Lt. Milton is studying the puzzle artifact we found in the pyramid.

He gave me all clues before, including the last with the EndGame system, which I secured and got my tons of research points.
Nothing happens now, lots of time passed, mission is unfinished, Lt. Milton is on "All for now" regime.

2) The Last Talonian
Status: (Three check marks)
- We've found a strange object made of a nearly indestructable brass-like metal
- We've discovered a massive Remnant derelict, protected by a missile base
- Cdre Yu thinks the "brass pillar" we found is important to understanding the Remnant artifacts and to search for more like it

I found and analyse: Frozen and Ringworld Talonian Fragments and Brass Pillar

3) The End Zone
Status: (Check mark) Investigate the coordinates Lt. Milton uncovered from the Codex Shape


I found all of star systems(using map), only "!" marks are on traders planets, with no artifacts for sale.
Green Ermyr(not sure) ship into home system does not appear anymore.
Aletheia and other officers has nothing to say.
I found 2 rhomboid derelicts, and one big destriyed with hard-destructable crates around it.

Any guesses what I could miss?

Not all missions will mark as complete at the current end game as they are intended to continue but the content hasn't been created. If you've found the end anomaly, you've consumed most of main story so far.

Good to know. Now completed game Twice, and have the same 3x Mission entries both times after completing all available content thus far.

How did you manage to solve artifact puzzle? Does it resolve with time? I am stuck and there is no new system or anomaly to be found :/
