Another Polyhedral Artifact

I'm at the end (?) of The Talonian's task, I've done the other stuff and I'm suppose to find another Polyhedral artifact but at this point I have absolutely no clue where to look. I seem to have uncovered the entire map. What am I missing?

Several side quests, presumably, since one of them takes you right to it.

I can end the game now, I just really wanted to finish this, I've gotten the item from the watchtower riddle. No idea how I could've missed the artifact :/ Any idea how to backtrack to it?

In your ships log try searching for: gentle gas giants

The entries that come up should get you on the right track for the Polyhedral you need

explicitly the polyhedral is located at 21.8x0.5

I am not sure if you need to have done the gas giant quest for it to be findable

The clue is something like deep in the shadow of the burning moon, there's a burning red primordial moon right next to the gas giant, you just have to follow its shadow.

I was pulling my hair out looking everywhere for this one. I had marked that planet with the gental gas giants as peculiar, because the world they were obviously talking about was empty. I even looked around in the region "behind" the planet but found nothing. I must have barely missed it on the first pass

The polyhedral by the burning moon quest does nothing, unfortunately.
