Didn't know Wiskamug was killable, will have to try that.
The second polyhedral is in the Locoan star systems. When you help the one planet out with the quotas, they give you a fog machine. There is a nearby system connected by Flingers that has a gas giant. With the fog machine, you can communicate with them. It has a burning moon, and the shadow on the moon points in the direction of the polyhedral.
If you need further assistance, I can provide.
Thanks for the help! I never figured out what that part meant, I thought it was a bug where the planet should be available to be investigated again but since I wasn't sure I never reported it, I'm glad I didn't!
Also Wiskamug is killable but it's a pain in the ass to do so since it starts as friendly. I had to shower him with missiles and drones for a solid minute or two until he decided he was angry and immediately whooped my ass. He is a strong fella.
Wiskamug might be one of the few that has the firepower to take on Sepharials, now that I think of it.
I once took on the Sepharials, on the previous beta, they are a LOT more resistant to damage, I don't think he'd be able to defeat one of their stations, maybe one of their ships but I'm not sure about that... Sepharials are OP
Though Wiskamug does have more weapon variety and more guts, so who knows...
Its a exploration game first, don't take the short rout.
Hint:
If you go to google and search for binary to decimal converter, and input the binary number into it, it will tell you what the decimal number is. Then once you figure out what the decimal numbers are, related to the travel locations, you need to figure out the decimal for the "New Reliquary" location, and then turn that decimal into binary, and input that binary code into the watchtower to transport yourself to the correct location.
If you need more help, don't hesitate to ask.

i converted the binary numbers given to me by the stalkers (1111111111111110 and 1111111111111111) into decimals and went to that location. couldn't find anything there. Not sure what the new reliquary is
Myself, I eventually figured out that the specified locations (mentioned in dialogue in the Void Stalkers cluster of stars) all had the following in common: Nebulas
Pretty clever & pretty neat reference to Starcom: Nexus :) , I thought
What I'm not sure about is (and maybe Kevin can weigh in on this :D --
- The binary locations are six-bit (so, unless they're signed, they could support 64 positive-number locations) Are there 64 locations, or only the ~ 9 mentioned in the dialogue?
- I didn't get an Emissary portal spawning for the Deleted enties (24, 25, 26, 30) but I also didn't get a portal spawning for 29 ("Dead Star") -- I'm wondering if that's pending content, missing by design, or a bug?
1. Use this site I had used: https://www.rapidtables.com/convert/number/decimal-to-binary.html
2. Entering in a decimal number provides a 5 digit number, for binary.
3. Add an extra 0 to that number, to the start of it and enter that code into the watchtower.
ex. 23 translates into 10111. Then add a 0, to make it 010111.
If this isn't sufficient, and you are just tired of fighting with it, the code is:
011011
The map you get from exploring one of the planets there, it shows certain points with lines and thanks to that you can figure out where this star is, since it's the only point marked on the map that doesn't fit with your discovery, if you just want to know where it is I'll leave it in the spoiler below.
Remember the star cluster where you have to kill enemies to get 3 fragments so you can enter the last talonian? It's the green nebula with 4 (or 5?) stars, just go to the bottom left one and nearby you should see, on the bottom left, a white nebula, inside that small nebula there's a planet with the watchtower.
Thanks for all of this! I spent some time trying to figure it out but I wasn't able to hahaha
