The Black Sphere
Not 100% sure if this is a bug, but the Black Sphere can be sold to the Guild, despite being needed for the Neural Retrainer quest.

Encountered this bug when playing through the story as well. Hope it gets fixed soon.

I was able to buy it back from the Guild.
