How to unlock the secret ending?

I fixed the 2nd polyhedral artifact and now im stuck. Do I need to find more talonian fragments or whatever it is that theyre called i think i gave the chariot 7 of them.

Let me know how you found it because I am at the point of flying randomly in deep space trying to find the 2nd polyhedral. maybe once I find it I can tell you what happens for me next.

oh and there are at least 8 parts him but he seems to stop saying new things after 6

just look up the burning moon in the logs and then go to the direction where the shadow of the moon is pointing at. in my case its 4 o'clock if im not wrong.

once you have completed the talonians task go back to the ark ship in the black hole. it should be gone. just exit the rift

When I did that quest originally it was how I found one of the chariot halves and progressed regular story. there was no polyhedron there. So i dont know if it spawns in or i somehow managed to miss it by inches.because the map log I had clearly showed me having flown right over it.
