Dev Tech?
Ship blueprints in my library, which worked well before Icarus, now say they require "Dev Tech". I do not see this in my research tree as yet, and was wondering what it is and where and when it might appear. Thanks.

This is probably due to the fact that the shield module has changed from 3 to 4 hexes, so the original module is disabled.
