help with weird white static-y room?

I'm in that room after being in the garden with the girl and her dog. It's a big static filled white room and it's incredibly difficult to see anything and I keep getting killed no matter what direction I go. I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing. Someone please let me know.
Also, I think I found a bug because I did fall off the edge and the screen cut to red and got stuck like that. It stayed red for almost 2 whole minutes before I closed the game.

This is just a tough room best you can do is avoid the things chasing you it may take a bit but i don't think they can out run you they will get close though

Head north all the way and stay away from the black/red glitch thing
