I've been searching everywhere for it and I have ABCD's numbers but I'm unsure as to what to do next.

Same here. I tried doing it in numerical value with letters representing numbers so:
1C 3
2B 2
3A 1
4D 4

And in alphabetical order

A3-B2-C1-D3

Neither works. And I haven't seen anything around labelled as those letters to base things off of.

Solution: A3-B2-C1-D3 are the quantity of switch that must be ON in the wtitch breaker corrisponding to each letter....

No, the exit door code is further in the demo, and it's four numbers. The padlock clues are on the subway maps, and in the last train car. Basic arithmetics.

This is the padlock at the double metro station that has EXIT above it, when you interact with this padlock Roman mentions not knowing the code.

The end of the demo gives a 5 digit code 3-3-2-8-4
, I replayed the whole demo back to this only to see it's a 4 digit padlock :(

I am now going to try to put the new code in the first padlock to see if it's a secret and continue to search for where to put this other code if in the demo at all.
