Technical support thread. Bug reports.
Hello there!

If you find any issues with the release version of Post Trauma please post them here and I will try to assist you.

Alternatively you can also submit a more detailed bug report through HERE [rawfury.atlassian.net].

There are a few QoL features planned.

You can find a list of fixes included in last patch HERE

Please let's keep this thread for technical/bug related posts only, and if you have suggestions for features to be implemented, please do so in a new discussion.

Please also use the SPOILER feature where appropriate. Let's not spoil the fun for others.

Have a nice day and thank you for playing our game!

After clicking play, the game starts, and after a moment a window pops up:

The UE-UE5_PostTrauma Game has crashed and will close

Fatal error!

Please Help 😟

Hello! is it possible to get your system specs?

Try first right clicking the game on steam Properties... > Installed files > Verify integrity of game files.

Verify game files completed and no improvement

BUG: If you invert the Y axis, it works correctly for the camera view but not the flashlight, so the flashlight points downwards when you look up and vice versa.

If you do not flip the Y axis the flashlight works as expected, pointing up when you look up, and down when you look down.

I do not have access to an Inter Arc Graphics card, but I suspect is that. I'll ask the publisher if they have access to one. What specific model are you using?

This is specifically an integrated Intel Arc graphics card with an Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 Processor (155H), there is no model as such. As I wrote earlier, - MSI Claw A1M-064PL portable console

Alan Wake 2 and Silent Hill 2 Remake run quite well here, and are also on the EU engine. I believe this is a temporary bug, to be fixed, because the game looks interesting.😇

Hello! The game needs a DX12 compatible graphics card.

Got it, thank you very much for the details.
Is r.Raytracing 1 used for anything? If not please don't get rid of it, i enjoy playing with HWRT lumen
I'm using an i7-9700k cpu, 2080 gpu and 16gb ram and i can't get more than 40fps. The gpu usage is also always 100% even at the menu. Not sure it has something to do with ue5 or just my pc.
I've got all drivers updated too.

Yes. If your graphics card supports rt, lumen should use the hardware setting instead of the software one.

Hmm that is weird, unless you are trying to run the game at 4K native resolution that hardware configuration should be able to run the game at 60fps.

Doesn't actually seem to be happening, i had to manually turn HWRT lumen on via UUU, so it could be a bug, I have RTX4080 SUPER so it does support hardware accelerated RT
