It will be basically the same, just a little bit more difficult for the Zombies if the Survivors can get all the props in place. There was only a metal shelf, a wooden crate, and a cardboard box added into the closet.
The increased size of the closet most likely won't negatively affect balance for the Zombies. It won't really change things much, besides making it a little easier to get the props out of the room.
But what is the incentive? I mean the playerbase is basically dead, unfortunately.
Have you guys been thinking about creating a Zombie Panic!!! on maybe Unreal engine or something other than the Source engine?
there are 100-200 ppl per day so it's not that dead tbh and all that activity is just at night time
