I know I know, I'm not a "english" speaker either since it's not my main language as well, but I do my best to write properly. I said to type in English since it's one of the Steam rules, I can let pass two or three comments, but after that should be in English.

Anyway, the "lag" can be two things:
1- Lag of the server distance - you're probably playing in a server not located in your country or to your region. I guess you live in Russian right? Try to find some server closer to RUS or EU.

2- Lag of FPS - if you're getting low FPS, try to reduce your graphics settings to Medium or Low. I suggest to check this thread for more information.

If I understand right, I'm not allowed to access your Steam account. Do no pass your password to anyone, even for developers.

This issue you should solve yourself with the tips and the information I showed to you above friend. As Legacy said, try play on Gop-stop server.

Я не пойму ни смысл, ни слова с твоего предложения. Был бы по-умнее, воспользовался бы Google translate'ом. Либо меняй настройки игры на Низкие (Low), либо иди играй на Гоп-Стопе. Если ни один из советов не помог, то сделай переустановку - люди говорят, что это помогает избавиться от проблем в этом очень старом моде.

P.S. And all thats while I can get some ridiculous crashes. This mod needs s2013.
