I've used it in classes to help my students, who don't have a professional camera, understand how a photographer works and the dynamics of correct exposure, among other things. I think it would be very useful and much more intuitive if the apertures followed the full-stop scale (f1.4, f2, f2.8, f4, f5.6, f8, f11, f16, f22, f32).
