Letter community guidelines

So what exactly are the community guidelines? I played the game one day, came back days later and I'm banned from replying and sending messages. I legit dont mess with anyone, all i did was respond to maybe 10 messages about spotify music and food...or cheering someone up...how is this a violation? I sent an email like it said and still no response.

Same problem, maybe dev is nacist? im Russian and i got banned too.

I still don't know why I was banned, but I was unbanned after sending an email. Maybe send an email? The only thing I can think of is I posted a spottily link to a playlist. I think sending links are against the rules, but note 100% sure.
