Stuck in Live Background - HELP

I started my computer, and the game put on the live background without me wanting it to or even opening the game, and I can't get rid of it.

Right click on the system tray icon of Chill Corner and select "Turn off startup with Window"
Just let you know when you set it as wallpaper the first time the game alway asks you if you want to start it with Windows or not, it looks like you choose Yes.
