Post-game wrap-up, missing a few items/enemies

So I beat the game and the super-boss, trying to wrap achieve optional stuff / achievements, looking for a few things.

1.) I guess Aquarocks and Fearocks I just need to encounter via the random event?
2.) There is a shipwreck in the NE of the world map that says 'The door to the cabin is shut tight... you give up on the search and resume your journey'. Is there a way in there? I assume so, considering the ship hasn't removed itself from the map.
3.) I'm missing an accessory between Ring of Compassion and Ring of Evasion. I don't think it's in a shop. I assume it's the treasure to #2 actually. Any ideas?

Aquarock and Fearocks are random Bizarrock events, yes.
Like 1 tile northeast and 9 tiles east (so right after the east sea opened up for Chapter 3 Onyx) I found a Scratched-Up Key, you take that to the top right shipwreck for a Ring of Compassion II.

Edit: Meant to say 1 tile NE and 9 E from Omega Village, whoops.

Hey thanks for the info. About the Scratched-Up Key, can you give me a couple more pointers cause I'm also trying to find it. "1 tile northeast and 9 tiles easts" Wheres the starting point for this?

Thanks for the tip! Start at the south pier of Omega Island, and look about 9 spaces east. There are some rocks/reefs there, and you'll have a treasure chest event in the little notch there, which will key you the key.
