Seaman outfit
I need to find the seaman outfit to obtain ultimate power, anyone know where to find it?

I found the seaman outfit, but it turns out it's actually the fisherman outfit. You get it in the next room after beating the Octopus girl sub boss in the ocean zone iirc

Its the Angler Outfit:
From the Crystal Room go Right > Bottom Left > Down> Bottom Left
