pretty sure ive looked all over as i have no door that shows i havent been through it. but i cant find the quest item

same issue here, got the cutscene before getting the quest. Now I cant find the item. Not sure if thats the problem.

Have you completely explored fungal forest? There should be no holes in the Fungal Forest Area.

Yea I literally have no "red doors" that lead to an uncharted room.
