bunny costume/cat costume

i cant seem to locate the bunny outfit and what does the cat costume do?

To my understanding, the bunny outfit is in the VIP room at the back of the club.
I haven't found the cat outfit use, yet.

You buy the cat outfit at a vendor somewhere in the game. Can't remember where. It's one of this Shady dealers who also sell the Goblin costume if i'm correct.

In the city there is the bunny cabaret and inside are the women's toilets.

Because you're probably still missing a certain ability that you get automatically as the game progresses.

The narrow passage on the right that you see in the women's room is not just decoration ;)

I think you needed a slime form for that to get to that ghost.

You gotta complete all of Milk and cream's quests first. Once you've done their quest, they'll give you a new one. Follow that quest line once you have the slime form and you'll find the ghost.
After that quest with them is done, use cat costume to go talk to him.
