The Angel's Boyfriend is the guy asking how you got into the Devil Club you cant miss him as he is a huge npc with a club but you need the Mailman outfit to take the letter to him and then one back to the Angel from him.

oof, found it, there's a hidden wall with thorns you need to dash through as a ghost, towards the left end of the map

Anyone remember what room the angel (Gabrielle) was in? I have the mailman costume now but can't find her to get the letter. The quest says I got it in Tengoku.

from the second tengoku waypoint, up the ladder, and two screens right past the gender beams
