I have fully unlocked jingoku and i cannot seem to finde the guy who is the boyfriend of the angel girl, i've see some people already have 100% the game so I'm sure you know where this boyfriend is.

It's the buff guy aka "Bad Boy' standing close to the Club Demon portal. Note that you need the Postman outfit to grab the letter from the girl and deliver it to the guy.
