how do i get the letter stuck in the waterfall in waterfall town?

i thought to maybe take a pic of it because ghost mentions taking a pic but that wont work

You can walk to the letter from the left of the waterfall, near the stairs. Check where there is no grass blocking the water.

Thank you ! I actually found this out a few hours ago when I got the life jacket and traveled back to see if the life jacket would do it and when it didnt i tried getting in from every angle, lol! I'll leave this up for anyone who needs help in the future!
