the cpu may get the same amount.

defalt money only:

Windors + R > appdata > roaming > red alert 3 > profiles > your profile name > skirmish.ini. RU=1 100 10000, change the numbers to 9 900 100000000.

100 million start money.

That literally made no sense, i can't find a settings called Skrimish.ini. RU=1

cheat engine is very complicated where are the times when you just had to startup a trainer and run the game

Thank you. It works perfect on RA3 & RA3 Uprising! I use Win 8.1. Just don't touch the money in the menu. Play as it is.:steamthumbsup:
