Playing Red Alert 3 on Lenovo Legion Go, Win11 2024 New Year!!!!

I receive error message when trying to play on the handheld device. I already have on my asus desktop but this is just to help others if they are still old rts fans using on high end devices.
Before attempting this fix, i recommend that you connect your Lego to a monitor. You also need an app called Borderless Gaming from Steam. (Erm...i forgot how much u have to pay)
1. Quit from steam. No need to restart device.
2. Find steam icon, select and right click. Choose Run As Administrator.
3. Find Red Alert 3 in your Library. Then click on Manage icon and select Properties.
4. Then find Launch Options. Just below Advanced Users May Blah blah blah....
5. Key in -win
6. Close then select Play. The game will launch as small window. This is why its better if you connect your Lego to a monitor. You need to find options and change the resolution.
7. After changing the resolution, for me its 2560 x 1600, just quit the game.
8. Play Red Alert 3. The game will run in windowed mode so that's not good for me. So run Borderless Gaming. (You have to Alt Tab) Remember to select Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 to go to Favourites.
9. Run Red Alert 3. The game should look like its on fullscreen mode.
10. There is still 1 more problem. When playing the game, the mouse cursor cannot move the map further. You have to use the arrow keys. Anybody can help with this?

I use Borderless Gaming for some older games ,
it works great.
It is a very good buy if someone likes any older games that run with a horrible window border visible ,it even eliminates the problem with those games where the mouse picks up the bottom task bar as well.
