Remix mod constantly crashes

I've been trying to play the remix mod for RA3 recently however the game is constantly crashing. It crashes when I save a game, load a game, sometimes when I return to the main menu, and during skirmishes. I've tried turning my antivirus off, whitelisting the game and mod, lowering the resolution and lowering the graphics. I've also tried repairing the mod and reinstalled the game. I've had trouble finding anything online so any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have another mod called pure army but I haven’t played it much yet so I can’t really say. I should probably test it out. However as far as the remix mod goes the 0.2.4 version worked well (although it crashed a few times) but 0.3.5 is the most recent and crashed quite a bit for me. I’ve had a hard time finding much online so I’m not sure if it’s a me issue or not. You could try it and if you do please let me know if you have the same issue or not. Most recent version is on nexus.

I have yet to buy Game ,

I dont really want game just for vanilla .
I only want to buty games to play modded.

That is why I queried whether Mods work on this Steam version.

Well the earlier version of remix worked well overall aside from occasional crashes and I have yet to play around with pure army. At least most mods will probably perform fine.
