Command & Conquer™ Red Alert™ 3

Command & Conquer™ Red Alert™ 3

Help
When launching the game and going to the Skirmish mode I have no maps. 0. I cannot change factions, I cannot click anything but the leave button and I genuinely don't know how to fix this. Happens in both base game and Generals Evolution mod. I remember one time I was playing RA3 with mods, then some issue happened either with the game itself or Steam, and after this the issue I described above happened. Back then I thought re-installing the game will help, but now I am facing this once more.
Please help.

I found one information that might help. I did this and it worked.
1.Windows Start menu / Run... (windo+R)
2.Type in %appdata%\Red Alert 3\Profiles (without spaces before and after appdata)
3.Switch to your profile folder and there you'll find a Skirmish.ini
4.Delete this INI-file
(no worries, it just saves the setups made in Skirmish window like the last chosen faction and stuff. It will be auto-generated next time you launch RA3 / any mod and filled with default values)

Bug details:
This bug usually appears when you attempt to play a modification in Skirmish mode which does change one more of the following things: creating new/deleting old playable factions, removes default RA3 maps from the list, changing starting money values, adding/deleting personas, adding/deleting player colors.
In the case of maps removed from the list, the Skirmish.ini attempts to load a non-existing RA3 map which causes the trouble. On the other side, when launching RA3 after you recently played a mod that features one of the above changes, those changes are not valid for RA3 and therefore the data to load as well.

Thank you! I will try all this out the moment I will be able to, then I will tell if it worked or not.
