Report a translation problem
1.Windows Start menu / Run... (windo+R)
2.Type in %appdata%\Red Alert 3\Profiles (without spaces before and after appdata)
3.Switch to your profile folder and there you'll find a Skirmish.ini
4.Delete this INI-file
(no worries, it just saves the setups made in Skirmish window like the last chosen faction and stuff. It will be auto-generated next time you launch RA3 / any mod and filled with default values)
Bug details:
This bug usually appears when you attempt to play a modification in Skirmish mode which does change one more of the following things: creating new/deleting old playable factions, removes default RA3 maps from the list, changing starting money values, adding/deleting personas, adding/deleting player colors.
In the case of maps removed from the list, the Skirmish.ini attempts to load a non-existing RA3 map which causes the trouble. On the other side, when launching RA3 after you recently played a mod that features one of the above changes, those changes are not valid for RA3 and therefore the data to load as well.
