Well ain't you just a ray full of sunshine. Has it not occurred to you that this is not Reddit/Discord where responses tend to be somewhat immediate? This is a FORUM; you don't expect to get answers right away--be patient and don't get butthurt over not getting a response immediately. There's nothing personal that you should be taking from that--no-one is being a jerk to you; you're putting that mindset in your head by yourself.

It's not that we're ignoring you; it's more like:

A) We don't know how to fix it and we don't want to say something stupid; it may not be a "simple plea" as you put it.

Or

B) People aren't browsing these forums for stuff like that. If anything, these forums tend to not be very active at all. People may be busy as well and not browsing these threads.

I'm not saying all of this to mock or offend you; I'm saying it to get that childish mentality out of your head about thinking you're being ignored when no-one has responded to your thread. Please stop bumping your thread senselessly; if anything, it's gonna make people turn away from your thread than going to it and helping you.

Anyways, now that my little rant is done (again, it was all just to inform you), the "Final Squadron" ability should be aquirable in that bottom left circular button. You need enough command points to gain the ability, of which you earn as the match goes on. After acquiring the ability, it should pop up on the middle left side of the screen.

Is this a campaign mission? A custom mission? If so, which one?

its a first misson in Japan campaign i thought i need to do exactly as they say since its probably tutorial

The tutorial explains how to get abilities and use them. Each faction has one. One of the Empire of the rising sun's abilities is to get final squadron AFTER another upgrade.
