I found a partial solution to the zoom problem via Red Alert 3 v1.12 [trainer +12]. His last command 0 (under the F8 key) can enable unlimited zoom in the game. Unfortunately, the map is not able to load correctly from such a distance. Therefore, the higher the camera is then more the black image covers the map. There was a similar problem with the Generals series, but it could be solved in the GameData.ini file on the line DrawEntireTerrain = Yes/No but in Red Alert 3 there is no GameData.ini file.
