Cannot launch Red Alert 3

After installing the game, I am unable to launch Red Alert 3. No splash screen appears but RA3.exe is running in Processes. After 30+ minutes RA3.exe disappears from Processes. After much Googling, I have attempted the following (and combinations of them):

Run as Administrator
Run in Compatibility
Run with -ws -w 1280
Run with -ui
Run with -win
Run with Quickloader
Run while desktop resolution is set to the minimum
Run without internet connection
Run while internet access is blocked for RA3.exe
Run with C&C Online (No error)

I am currently using Windows 7 64 bit.

I used to own a physical copy of Red Alert 3(I have run out of keys for the disc). I think RA3.exe process used to run with ra3_1.00.game? However this time I do not see ra3_1.12.game in the processes, I think I saw it there once but it disappeared almost immediately.

I have some weird issue where Ra3 refuse to open up when I plug my pc with LAN cable...after I unplug (and connect to wifi instead) the game suddenly start for some reason.

I got similar issue to you and was able to fix it using RA3QuickLoader posted on Gamereplays.

RA3.exe will check for a "Comrade News" everytime before launching the game, but recently EA shut down the related server, and RA3.exe will wait until timeout, that's why RA3 takes so long to start.

if, like me, intelgraphic: custom settings create a new one. 800/600 and it should work. then you can switch in the game to the highest possible. is usually in the older games so they went to a maximum of 1024/768 or so. with diablo 2, it was z.b only max. 800/600. try it and give a feedback if it`s works, so the another user can use it also

I did attempt both of these, which didn't work unfortunately.
