Red Alert 3 LAN game between PC and MAC (running WINE)

My friend and I have our own installations of the PC version of RA3. I'm running mine on a Windows 10 PC and he's running his on a MAC (using Portingkit WINE).

We are both on the same network at my house and are trying to get a LAN game going.

When we are both in the game network lobby:

My PC can only see me
His MAC can see me and himself

Does anyone have a suggestion how to get my PC to see him as well?
