Is the steam verison of redalert 3 suppose to be 1.0?

I have just Redalert 3, not uprising or anything and I checked the exe file for verison and it says 1.0 ... Is it suppose to be 1.0 or is the base verison of redalert 3 being neglected for updates on steam?

Steam version of Red Alert 3 is always updated. You shouldn't check the version of exe file, that's not the game executable, it's just a launcher. The true executable is located in \Data, and it's called "RA3_1.12.game", and as you can see from the file name, the version is 1.12, which is the most recent version, and ofc it's the version we use to play online.
