Build some twinblades and bullfrogs, together with those two apocalypse tanks you can easily kill empire commander's bases; Then just mass twinblades to kill emperor.

Apocolypse and shock troopers intercept the big guy before they reach your base. Twinblades help too and maybe kirovs for their buildings.

Here's a pro tip

Teslas
If you use the secondary move by pressing F with Apoc Tanks they will kind of slow him down so your other units can easily kill...or maybe the Shock Troopers and their secondary ability to shutdown vehicles with EMP field...but also mass twinblade / Kirov.

I think the Emperors transformer unit is anti everything so just swarm like it like a good little Soviet.

Good luck Comrade.

You can use Apocolypse Tank to grind them, that'll render them helpless, but be sure to support your Apocolypse tho.

There's an easy way of dealing with the enemy bases which is to make sure your metalic beam is at a high enough level to lift up the MCV and the Nanocores that are brought in to make Naomi's and Kenji's bases doing so will cripple them for quite some time to where they're not even threats.

King Onis? I don't get it. Why not just throw Prism Tanks at it and bring them down & Show the Japanese what Europe can do.

Are you talking about beating the Japanese Emperor (which is on the soviet mission To tame A Living God) or are you talking about beating the Empire (faction) in general?

What's a King Oni? A Giant Mecha? The Reds can't even dent it. Allied Prisms and Cryotech are the solution to bringing down a Japanese Giant.

what i useally do it setup 2 bunkers using an engineer, 4 flaks and natasha up top, 5 flaks and MG nest on the flank for dealing with infantry, infantry in bunkers have extended range and can be used like a defense tower without power cost as well as being repaired.

put some anti air in your base wich should deal with air enemies trying to land on the back line if the flak tropps missed anything, and place tesla and AA towers in your co=commader outer base line to keep them in game longer.

im bad at RTS in general but i mennaged to do it, with my co-commander base safe, i tell them to plan attack, and join them in support.

There is another way but its downright crazy. You can steal the Rising Sun's structures with engineers and use their own tech against them.

I immediately get a crusher crane at the extent of base boundaries, and then walls to funnel the enemy into one avenue of approach, which the two Apoc tanks will be guarding. Get barracks and engineer, then have him build a bunker before getting the oil derrick; if you're impatient the AI won't take opver his nearby oil derrick so you might as well make it two engineers and make two bunkers fuilled with flak guys. They can handle any air units and shred armour while you spam twinblades to ferry engineers and V4s around to destroy towers.

I find this to be a largely Twinblade mission- every time I did this one I just spammed Twinblades to run around and shoot up incoming attacks; Rising Sun's primary weakness is relative lack of AA firepower, and your tanks will be too slow to zip around the map helping co-commander or respond to attacks. Plus they can transport troops and tanks. You can always escort them with Bullfrogs if there's too much anti-air where you're going.

You don't really need to capture Japanese structures because you will get locked out of some of their cool units anyways, but it will really help with economy if you just take some of their major buildings, sell or train some units, and use the MCV's ground control to put down any buildings you need without moving an MCV around. Japanese refineries are far less micro because you can just build and deploy without ground control issues. Focus on destroying their power plants as they have tons of VX defender towers all over the map.

The only Japanese unit I really use are engineers and waveforce artillery; the former can run and you can pump them out while your Soviet barracks is training something else, and the latter doesn't have slash damage so you can avoid dealing too much dmg to oil derricks with defender towers next to them.

On harder difficulties get an Iron Curtain and if you see your co-commander in trouble, activate it to buy time as you bring your Twinblades over. King Oni's are tough to kill yes, but they have no anti-air.

Really, once Shinzo is dealt with, the mission is very easy to complete, as Kenji only sends Tengus and tanks while Shirada is trying to juggle land units and sea units.I recommend taking Kenji first since he's easier to kill, much closer, and you can rapidly expand economy with the ore mines and derricks in the area. Then just fly over and finish off Shirada. Once the map is expanded, destroy the powerplants to upper right section of the map and it's even easier to finish; the remaining base spams VX helos, but without power that's nothing even if you leave the AI to steamroll them.

I just finished a mission where ten Waveforce tanks killed the Emperor's Oni in like 5 seconds (well the Twinblades kept him standing still and I had iron Curtain on some of them).

So, capturing the Japanese & Soviet Construction yards would be an unfair advantage to other players?
