Well im not sure what the exact requierements are, but i spammed 'A' until i pulled it out with about 15 Hearts and after having 10 hearts drained i got it

I had less than ten health so i died and thought that something else had to be done but now i made it.

I used a rejuvenation potion, died and was able to get it out after rezzing.
