Report a translation problem
The small map allow to see all the stars.
I just played it without issue. Another team member played it also without issue. There must be something a bit specific with your PC that makes the crystal level ending conditions not fullfilled that often. What difficulty mode did you choosed ? Do you play in fullscreen or windowed mode ?
Can you check if there are remaining gems on 'conveyors' (the yellow arrows) when the game stuck ?
The crystal levels end when no more moves are available, OR when no possible match is found. However, if there are remaining powerups (fishbones), the game wait for their use.
Do you have the possibility to take a screenshot when the game stuck (with small map enabled) ?

Please fix this. This is insanely annoying. I used two power-ups that I created. One to destroy the star, and the other to destroy the other item.
If you cannot fix it, can you add an end game button or something to trigger an end of level check?
Just to be sure... if you replay the level, it will stuck again or the issue occur once in a time ?
If the issue occur once in a time, would you say that it is ? :
1) very frequent
2) somehow frequent
3) rare
4) very rare

There are only three gems left.
This one, I dropped the first star off of the board. I freed all of the ghosts. I shot and up-down-left-right shooter to hit the last star and the extra moves bonus at the same time. I cleared all of the gems that I could, and then I used the hammer.

Nothing was destroyed with power-ups. However, "No More Moves" did not trigger.

I used two power-ups, but they didn't destroy any stars, the key, or the extra moves bonus. These were all done naturally. There isn't anything I can do to finish this level. I have one more level exactly like this. It cannot be completed with repeated plays. Most of the time, it resolves with another play. Not these two levels, though.
Is this one of those "you patched the game, but my current save is already messed up" kind of scenarios?
I don't think so. But there must be something specific to your PC (saved datas or hardware ?) because I tested this level on several pcs, several times, without issues. As it seems very easy to reproduce on your system, we would have much more feedbacks from users if the problem would occur that often. I'll try an update tomorrow but it will be rather a blind attempt as I have no clue about what's going wrong. I don't think it is related to the way you play tough. It seems just that the test for the 'no more matches' do not work for unknow reason (yet).

I can try setting the game to hard and not doing any Additional Moves Bonuses, if possible.
However, can you just add a button that checks for a win condition? It's only these gem puzzles that have an issue.
Could it be that when I did normal mode that I had 30+ moves left? Or possibly it's Advanced Mode? Or perhaps it was because I was using Timed Mode this time? Normally have it on Moves Mode / Normal Difficulty.
I don't know if any of this helps, but it might help another person with the same issue, the same as the other thread. Timed Mode, Advanced Difficulty. Make matches near the top to run it out of moves.
Still would be great if it could be fixed.
