It says below the toggle in the options.
Uses tank controls, the spd stat determines turning speed, player speed is halved, melee weapon hitboxes are 3 times bigger. Meant for controller, will be weird and experimental.

Thank you. I saw it mentioned in the patch notes, but I hadn't tried it yet.
