Vampiric Symbols not spawning

So... It appears I might have a bug where Vampiric Symbols dont seem to spawn. Neither the symbol in the Cattle Cells nor the one in the hallway near the holy water fountain are there (could still progress inside the castle due to the vampire class). And it appears that I might be stuck... I had a similar issue in the Forest Canopy , where the Skull of Josiah wasnt spawning, but reloading the area fixed that issue. Here however - no such luck.
Did anyone else encountered this issue and is there anything I can do? Or is there potentially some requirement I havent met for the symbols to spawn?
