Demi mentioned another demon in the Tombs

Who is she referring to? She warns of Death but also mentions a Demon other than herself. I'm assuming an accursed one but I don't recall seeing one of those down there, I expected maybe an optional boss or something.

There's an Abyssal Demon down there that spawns behind you once you're about to enter the Death zone.

Actually, I think the second you go up the stairs and enter the skelly room that starts Death's timer, as one time I was fighting the demon death spawned during it.
