please tell me theres a way to hold the torch and a weapon at the same time!!

There are workarounds for this, you know. Just buy an oil lantern

the torch is a weapon, plus there's light spell and a lantern in the shop

as far as i can go ( a hub ,a forest , a catacomb where a f.... picture blows away my torch and a whatever hollow something) , no one is selling it.

You can't since torch is considered a weapon, and your second hand was cut off at the intro cutscene.
You can equip it in second slot and switch when you need a light, use "ghost light" spell, use several glowing weapons, also you will get lanters later, though i think its a late game.

I was wrong, the oil lantern isn't available until you do a side quest for Sheryl (the crow) later on. You should be able to locate the Ghost Light spell though, just keep looking my man, or check out the Wiki, it's pretty helpful for some of the more obscure things

I just got the Lantern from the crow, I believe you have to do the quest in the Boiling Grotto from Sheryl. It takes 1 Item slot tho but can have two non-lightning things now, and I feel like its a tiny bit weaker, but much better than no light.

Fire sword is also viable.
You can get it in Fetid Mire sewers.

ok , so :
no NPC is selling it
I can only go to :Forest ,catacomb ,first area.
Do i need to finish the catacomb with only the torch? ( that would be torture and uninstalling it)
But i have a key from fairy lady ( i saw a eye door before , but i cant remember where)

You know you can put the torch in your second weapon slot and press Q to quick switch, right?

but i recommend upgrading your torch instead, burn dot is powerful until midgame
