All weapons achievement

I have a little problem - I collected all weapons exapt Hammer and Death`s scythe. But Hammer is considered quest item and I already returned it so it`s ok.
But the scythe I already upgraded (resurecting Death) before collecting rest of weapons. And now I can`t spawn Death in catacombs - it just disappeared from the game. Any help?

Checked on this same thing yesterday. Sat down in the Mausoleum for a good 10 minutes to see if Death re-appears (typically takes about 4 minutes to pop). Seems it's a one and done thing.

Edit: seems I messed up and scythe need for achievemnt. But I still has no one weapon from obsidian skeleton - I transmuted shield into sword and never get second weapon if it's possible. Also I get achievement after return hammer.

Besides this I upgraded all possible weapons.

My assuming - you just need registered weapon in your inventory once.

You don't need to have the Scythe in inventory for the Achievement. Similar to the Spell Achievement every weapon needs to be equipped at least once. The Obsidian Cursebrand needs to be flipped between Shield/Dagger if you haven't done it once at least. And in my case I got the Achievement with all weapons after reverting the Shining Blade back to a Shadow Blade.

I definitely had sword and shield on previous non 1.0 versions

Ok, i tried to re-equip new weapons and it worked - i got this achievement, thanks

Didn't try out the Hammer of Cruelty before giving it back, is that gonna be an achievement breaker?

As I understand - no, it is considered quest item, anough just to pick it up

I got every weapon and i tried equipping everything but still no achievement

Try reverting shining blade back to shadow blade worked for me.

I did try that and nothin,also flipped cursebrand with dagger and the only thing that can still be flipped is the brittle arming sword ig

I'm in the same boat as you, even broke the brittle arming sword and repaired it and the achievement still hasn't popped. My only guess at this point is that giving up the hammer somehow locks you out of the achievement, because I've equipped every weapon in the game at least once, hammer included. Everything's upgraded to the max, also did the whole Death's Scythe thing so I don't have that one anymore. Completely stumped as to why the achievement still isn't popping... Hopefully this gets fixed.
