how do i kill this guy? hes super tanky to everything ive tried, and he regens hp. how do i actually deal damage to him?

i read that people cheesed him with poison mist and lava chasm, i personally just had the game on easy difficulty and smacked him 9 gorillion times with the moonlight greatsword at lvl 85. he's supa stronk

My strategy was to use Dark Skull/Summon Fairy spells, and then a ranged weapon, Privateer Musket was my choice but Twisted Staff or Fishing Harpoon probably work just fine, he's got a relative weakness to Dark damage, the Fairies won't do a huge amount of damage, but you can have 3 active at a time and they'll help keep his regen suppressed, letting you go in for the actual damage with gun and spell

Find the Ice Tear. Its the best spell in the game

I shot fireballs at his face till it decayed then whipped out moonlight on his tail for the remainder. ai doesn't seem to react well to you being behind him if you've got enough speed
