Speedy True Ending Guide (SPOILERS of course)

This post is made assuming you're starting off right after Vampire Crilall.

Continue down the path after that boss and you'll enter a prison. Go to the bottom of the prison and you'll find 2 new areas, a forlorn arena and the labyrinth of ash. Continue to the forlorn arena. Go left or right until you reach a temple looking area. Complete the area to get a elemental piece on both sides. Straight from the save crystal, go straight and you'll enter an area where I assume you needed the pieces because there was a runic symbol blocking the way previously. Keep going through there and you'll fight Cursed Knight Sucsarius. To me it seemed like a gimick fight, but I spammed poison mist repeatedly and the fight was basically over after that.

Continue after the boss fight and you'll get the true ending, simple as that. I'm posting this specifically for people who just want to rush to the true ending, but I'm also hoping there will be guides sometime soon in the next few days for the other endings.

How did you do enough damage to Sucsarius??? Guy has too much health

Hey dumb question but, I also managed to easily cheese Sucarius with Poison Mist and Lava Chasm (he melts in like 30 seconds) but I have to be doing something wrong with the second phase because I just suddenly die, am I missing something?

When he falls to the ground you gotta slap him with your sword, but watch SUPER SUPER CLOSELY because normally when you hit him he clutches his head. He'll let go of his head for like a fraction of a second and reset his animation thats your queue to run away cause he's about to get up and cast an AOE explosion. It took me too many tries to figure it out and I hate the fight now cause of it

I sort of guessed that but after the 4th time (the big skull pile that has like 3 times more HP) No matter where I was on the map I died, so is it like a hard limite of "You didn't kill fast enough so now you die" ?

Edit: I retried and finally succeded, it might have been a bug because of the Lava Chasm and him doing the transition

I'm also struggling a bit against Sucsarius - he regens life very fast and apparently my damage isn't that high (I have around 62 STR if I remember correctly). In theory I could be able to kill him but it's going to take me forever. Am I missing something? Are there any ways to disable his regeneration? Does poison work on him?

I literally cannot do enough damage to this guy. He regens so fast and poison mist and lava chasm do barely any damage

I found Ice Tear worked really well.

Ice tear is cracked fr. I literally used 3 of them on the same place and he melted in a seconds

I must say that calling it a "true" ending is too much. There are 4 endings(so fat as we know) and well all of them are cool in their own ways. The canonic one is waking up the Great One. Getting 30 coins is turning yourself into a cruel creature to ruin another world. You can also talk to your computer by staring into the water near the great one. And the one I would call "true" is making the entire VHS and white VHS secret quest line and also getting all of the spells in the game. That results in a secret fight with the Great One and then you become the dreamer yourself.
