Vertical sync

Please add vertical sync, i will be very grateful

It sorta exists. Using the in-game FPS cap option also toggles the game's own V-Sync. Having those 2 separate would still be preferred, though. If your display runs at more, than 60Hz and you wanna play at a higher framerate, than 60, disable the in-game FPS cap and use your GPU driver-settings to force on V-Sync instead.
If you have a NVIDIA GPU, open the NVIDIA control-panel (right-click on your desktop-background) --> Manage 3D-Settings --> Program Settings --> Select "LUNACID.exe" from the dropdown menu (you likely need to click on "Add" and add it, first) and then just enable V-Sync on the list of graphics options below.

Vsynch is enabled on uncapped FPS, if you're having vsynch issues just turn cap to off in more settings

It's V-Sync on, if it's uncapped? My mistake, but it is kinda confusing, because uncapped+V-Sync would still be FPS-capped at whatever refreshrate your display's running at (60Hz display = 60FPS cap if set to "Uncapped").

Oh yeah uncapped isn't actually "uncapped" but honestly
There is no point to going above refresh rates

I didnt realize uncapped would turn on the vsync, as a compromise I turned on the VHS style of overlay and think it fits nicely
