Madison? Henessy? Abigaile?
is the only way to hire these characters to randomly acquire 5 of their cards? I've tried buying a crew luggage but only get cards for characters that are already unlocked. is this all random, or is there a way to get specific characters?

I think you can get random cards for any girl in the game, that is how I earned Angel.
